Ranking the best male and female raw full power lifters in the state for 2025.

This is for the top lifters by formula.

To be considered for ranking, a minimum Dots score of 485 for men and 375 for women.

Must be or have been an Arkansas lifter at time of competition.

Totals from sanctioned meets only, anywhere in the world and any fed from Jan. 01 to Dec.31 2025.

All raw a categories will be grouped together (sleeves, wraps or bare).

Self entries. I'll provide a simple link, calculate your own numbers and submit.

Enter actual body weight at weigh-in, individual lift numbers (squat/bench/deadlift), meet total. Also ad any additional info; age, sleeves or bare knees if not wrapped, any 4th lift attempts of note and if you competed in a tested fed/division.

Link to a simple Dots calculator provided in menu. Enter appropriate info; Body weight, weight lifted (total). Check gender and Lb or Kg which ever your meet used.
